PCE has the installation and commissioning expertise to deploy in-vehicle communication solutions to a full range of vehicles, including motorbikes and covert emergency services vehicles to business, public transport and blue lights fleets.

Expertise

Our engineers have years of expertise between them and have a full raft of awards and accreditations to ensure our customers enjoy the very best installation service. They are accredited under the FITAS FCS1362:2010 code of practice for the installation of radio frequency equipment in motor vehicles.

We have also gained the Digital Tick status that gives customers the reassurance when purchasing or requesting installation of digital products, such as DAB radios.

Covert installation

We have won awards for our installation work with covert blue lights vehicles to include radio equipment, lights, sirens, journey data recorders, etc. We test, recommend, procure, install and maintain your covert vehicle communications systems.

Facilities
Our headquarters in Exeter boast some of the best installation facilities in the UK. Recently converted, PCE’s workshop at Premier House has the capacity for 12 vehicles at any one time. It is also home to the new FITAS Training Academy.

Full range of equipment

We install a full range two-way radios, tracking devices and blue lights communication equipment, and we stock a raft of spares to ensure we can meet our customers’ critical needs. We work with a number of manufacturers to suit every budget and requirement.

Digital Audio Broadcasting

DAB (Digital Audio Broadcasting); it allows for a greater choice of stations, is less susceptible to interference and is easy to use – stations can be changed at the push of a button.
